There are numerous services and programs offered by Locker 27, from One-to-one sessions to the Hybrid Conditioning sessions. For a detailed breakdown of what we offer for 9 to 16 year olds look at the Academy section.
For adults we offer a unique style of training with our Hybrid Conditioning Sessions. These sessions are scalable and tailored to the individual but they are tough. Our staff will assess your ability in order to guide the progression of your training. We run Hybrid Conditioning sessions almost every day and you can either attend on a session-by-session basis or sign-up for a block of 5 or 10 sessions or new for 2013 is our class membership options.
There are also weekly Ladies-only Boot camps which run for those wanting a more tailored approach.
Additionally, we run weekly Olympic Weightlifting classes organised by British Weightlifting coach Mark Hill and Strongman Sessions for an additional fee of £5 for Members (not part of class membership) or £12 for non members.

Further to our services for individuals we welcome inquiries from sports clubs and teams. At Locker 27 we can offer a group of players, intense, fun training sessions specifically geared towards your sport. Help your team succeed and add a Locker 27 sports specific conditioning session to your training schedule.
We have provided facility and training for clients including;

Members of the Emergency and Armed Services will all receive a 10% discount on all services at Locker 27.
