Weightlifting and Strength and Conditioning Coach
Chris is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 British Weightlifting Coach and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Locker 27.
Chris played rugby at Senior 1st Team level before transitioning to Olympic Weightlifting in 2016 where he competes at a National Standard.
The interest in coaching grew from Chris' own strength training for sport and self improvement of health and fitness. HE is passionate about helping others excel in their own development, be it for sport or general health and wellbeing.
Chris aims to help build consistency and sustainable habits to create a well balanced lifestyle. No matter who you are or what you do, Chris is there to help you excel.
