Hollie is a highly motivated PT who has been training clients for over 15 years and holds REPs Level 3 and NASM Certifications. Hollie is highly inspired by her clients desires to change their shape, fitness, strength or confidence and knowledge in some way and identifies their needs through incentivised exercise programmes. In Hollie's view, 1-1 training can be a game-changer for the majority of people, and is trained in nutrition, sports conditioning, sports massage and pre and post natal training. Having trained as a gymnast, Hollie has always been keen to participate in any sporting activity and completed a full Ironman in 2018 as well as spending a year with Australian Rugby Union team Sunnybank Dragons.
