Laura Jackson is a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, certified Kettlebells instructor, Keiser Cycling Foundations and Power Training Spin instructor. Her background is in dance and gymnastics, and as such she has been both training and programming since a young age. She views exercise as a powerful tool in caring for one’s health- both mental and physical, and aims to use the knowledge she has gained to help clients utilise that tool. Laura works daily towards building a better, stronger and broader knowledge of the subjects and material surrounding her work in the gym. She takes pride in her study, in her desire to keep acquiring new skills, and in her ability to apply those skills to the work she does for her clients.
