Molly Saunders
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Molly has recently completed her year long internship at Locker 27 where she began refining her coaching skills. Working closely alongside the Locker coaches, Molly integrated herself with the variety of classes and coaching sessions at the Locker, proving herself as a valued member of the team. She has now been given the opportunity to lead Locker 27's work with adults with special needs, something she is truly passionate about. It provides her with the opportunity to develop skills in young people that might not be developed otherwise.
Molly's main interest is rugby, playing at National level for Richmond and has previously played for England U18, alongside Beach Volleyball, currently playing for England U23. Molly draws on her personal experiences to aid her in coaching groups and individuals. Molly is available for 1:1 and individually tailored training programmes for anyone who is looking to progress their athletic ability and attain their goals a well as those who deem themselves to be completely new to fitness.
