Abbie completed a Masters in Applied Sports Psychology in 2022 to deliver a holistic approach towards clients physical and mental health. She offers 1-1 weightlifting or personal training sessions with the aim of making the gym environment enjoyable and keeping people consistent in their training.
Specialising in supporting women of all ages with their fitness journey as well as focusing on the upkeep of their overall health and hormonal changes such as menopause.
