There are numerous classes and programs offered by Locker 27, from one-to-one coaching to dynamic group sessions.

For adults we offer a unique style of training with Hybrid Conditioning and Comp Night classes. These are scalable and tailored to the individual but they can be tough. Our coaches will assess your ability in order to guide the progression of your training. We also offer 1-1 coaching sessions or small group sessions with our highly qualified and experienced Strength and Conditioning coaches and Personal Trainers.  


At Locker 27 we aim to be a centre of excellence when it comes to the treatment and rehabilitation for our athletes and members. Our in house physiotherapist Mark Leyland of Momentum Physio is highly qualified and experienced to give the best possible treatment. Molly is an expert in the use of sports massage techniques, and also operates out of the Locker. The Performance Plate, run by Jane, is here for any and all nutritional help and guidance as well.
