hybrid conditioning

Hybrids are a blend of a variety of training techniques. Utilising good training practices, Hybrid Conditioning will spend time on strength, power and conditioning during each session.

Whilst Hybrids can be tough, all are scaleable for any ability and our highly qualified coaches are able to tweak existing sessions to suit the individual. There's no one size fits all!

hyrox

HYROX is the sport for EVERYBODY.

HYROX is fitness racing. HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

However you do not need to be running a HYROX race to participate in our HYROX classes. Each week you'll tackle the HYROX Workout of the Week expertly coached by Coach Jacob.

It's challenging, it's scalable, it's fun. Come and give it a try, you never know you may have that race booked before you know it.

hybrid x

Hybrid X incorporates the same strength and conditioning movements seen in Hybrid with the addition of gymnastics skills including kipping movements, handstands, rope climbs, skipping and barbell cycling.

The sessions are coach-led and open to all abilities. You don't have to know how to do a movement, just be willing to give it a go. Scaling options and progression techniques will be offered to each individual.

intro to weightlifting

Intro to Weightlifting is designed to improve your performance on the classic lifts of Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

Focussing on Weightlifting technique, Intro to Weightlifting is suitable for those just starting out with weightlifting but also for those looking to refine technique and enhance efficiency during all weightlifting exercises and derivatives. Getting the techniques right can make the difference when moving through higher intensity or repetition based workouts.

weightlifting

Our Weightlifting sessions are for anyone who wants to train in Olympic Weightlifting, and has an understanding of the lifts already.

Our weekday sessions (Tuesday and Thursday) are led by one of our qualified coaches. In these sessions, members train together and follow a group programme.

We believe that the benefits of a group of people training together and performing the same exercises outweigh the benefits of participating in an individualised training programme. However, coaches will adapt and scale exercises for members where appropriate.

Our Saturday (Super Saturday) session is a 2 hour session, which will be the largest session of the week and is regularly visited by members of other clubs and individuals looking to train in a group.
