Chris is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 British Weightlifting Coach and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Locker 27.

He offes a completely bespoke experience in aiding his clients' development. This ranges from working in person to delivering training programmes that clients can complete in their own time. Chris coaches a wide variety of clients, from beginner to seasoned trainers. From those looking to improve their fitness for day-to-day life to competitive athletes, professional Stuntmen and the military.
