Having coached and competed in Crossfit for many years she offers Crossfit-specific gymnastics training, ie. Pull-ups, Handstands, Muscle-ups, Rope climbs, Toes to bar etc. Jesse is your go to for Team Fitness Training incl TURF, HYROX, ATHEX.
Jesse has had the privilege of coaching, training and competing alongside Games and Regional Crossfit Athletes, GB Olympic Rowers, National Powerlifting and Olympic Lifting champions. Her certifications include: L2 Crossfit Coach, Crossfit Gymnastics, NCCP Olympic Level 1 Club Coach and NSCA* Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
