During the Lockdown, we know that training is still a priority for many of us. However, with the Government Lockdown in place to curb the spread of Covid-19, training can take a back seat with a lack of equipment or knowledge on how and what to train.
The Locker Team have been busy putting together an at home training guide, not only for Members of the gym but for anyone who is struggling with their training in this period. The Guide is not a training programme - it is guide for those who want to know how to progress their training on their own, rather than following a set programme. As the saying goes, if you teach a man to fish, he will eat for a lifetime.
However, if you wish to follow a programme, that is also available through our weekly emails to members, and available to view (with exercise demonstrations) on our Instagram or YouTube accounts.
